For the request of a certificate, you need a CSR. You can use one of the following manuals to generate a CSR.

A Certificate Signing Request is a code which you can generate on the webserver where the certificate has to be installed. The CSR can be pasted in the field below. We recommend a CSR with a size of 2048 bits. It should look something like this:
